Caernarfon is a busy market town on the North Wales coast most famous for its commanding castle. Caernarfon’s Royal connections go from ancient Celtic chieftains to the present day, with the investiture in 1969 of Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. Attractions include the Welsh Highland Railway.
